The "I'm O.K." Program

The “I’m O.K.” Program offers the residents at Coachman Square at Woodbridge the opportunity for three safety checks during the course of the day.  These three safety checks are in alignment with the three mealtime offerings.  The Dining Room staff and the Resident Care Associates work together to determine the location of each resident at mealtime and are able to identify if there are any changes or disruptions to their daily routine.
