Our Leadership Presence Model

At Coachman Square at Woodbridge, we recognize that best practices don't always fit conveniently into a Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule. Our managers' schedules are flexed to provide coverage seven days a week, including evenings.

The Benchmark Leadership Presence Model means that residents and staff have greater access to management. Communication is facilitated and questions and problems are addressed in a timely manner. The result is that residents, their families, and staff are all more confident and comfortable, and care is delivered at the very highest standards.
